Terms of service
ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the terms and conditions of use of the services and products offered on www.numisco.in, www.numiscoin.fr (hereinafter: the "Site") of the Company Limited Angouleme Numismatic (hereinafter: "NUMISCOIN"), as well as to define the rights and obligations of the parties within this framework.
They apply to all sales of coins, medals, tokens, collection tickets, books, catalogs, supplies or other objects concluded through these sites.
They can be completed, if necessary, by conditions of use specific to certain services. In the event of a contradiction, the special conditions prevail over these general conditions.
Article 2: Services operator
These distance selling services are operated and insured mainly by the company Angouleme Numismatic, a limited liability company, with a capital of € 5,000.00, registered in the RCS d'Angouleme under number 792 171 837, whose head office is located at 1, rue Saint Etienne, 16000 Angoulême (hereinafter: "NUMISCOIN").

Article 3: Access to the site and services
Services, site consultation, and purchases are accessible, subject to the restrictions provided on the site:
- to any adult natural person, with full legal capacity to commit to these general conditions. The natural person who does not have full legal capacity can only access the site and services with the agreement of his legal representative;
- Any legal person acting through a natural person with legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal person.
Article 4: Acceptance of general conditions
The acceptance of these General Conditions is materialized by a check box in the registration form. This acceptance can only be full and whole. Any membership subject is considered zero and not avenue. The user who does not accept being bound by these general conditions should not use the services.
Article 5: Registration on the site
5.1 The use of services may require the user to register on the site, by filling out the form provided for this purpose. The user must provide all the information marked as compulsory. Any incomplete registration will not be validated.
Registration automatically results in the opening of an account in the name of the user (hereinafter: the "account"), giving them access to a personal space (hereinafter: the "personal space") which Allows you to manage its use of services in a form and according to the technical means that NUMISCOIN considers the most appropriate to provide said services.
The user guarantees that all the information he gives in the registration form is accurate, up to date and sincere and is not tainted with any deceptive nature.

The user is informed and accepts that the information entered for the purposes of creating or updating their account is proven to be his identity. The information entered by the user engages him upon validation.
5.2 The user can access their personal space at any time after having identified using their connection identifier as well as their password.
The user undertakes to personally use the services and not allow any third party to use them in their place or on his behalf, except to bear full responsibility.
He is similarly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his identifier and his password. He must immediately contact NUMISCOIN to the contact details mentioned in article 2 of these if he notices that his account was used without his knowledge. He recognizes NUMISCOIN the right to take all appropriate measures in such cases.
